I was in search of a Veternary Group that was willing to listen and communicate with me about the needs and care of my 3 pets. The Sparta Animal Vets. did not try to push all kinds of treatments and products on me. They looked at each individual pet and provided all the information I needed so that I could make an informed decision. I was extremely impressed!

I switch Vet. this year only because this place was a lot closer to home. I had a horrific experience with them. The reception crew are kind of rude & uncaring. I spent a lot of money on my dog's fractured leg only for them to have made the injury worse. Towards the end, when I reported that there was some sort of an irritation and redness on my dog's leg where the vet had put a cast on, they ignored my problem, no one got back to me, which resulted to more injuries. The person I talked to on the phone was rude and made me feel like I was just being picky, in spite of the fact that I have paid them a LOT of money. I wouldn't recommend them at all!!!!
