This place is ridiculous, I was in an accident and decided to get an estimate from Steve's Collision. The person informed me that it is only going to take a half an hour or so to do the estimate. I ended up dropping off my car there because I was injured in the accident, and didn't feel like waiting there. I dropped my car off around 2:30-3 PM, and I expected a call from them shortly after, never got a call so 10 minutes before they closed I gave them a call they informed me that they weren't able to get the estimate done with my car and it was going to stay there over night, and they will call me in the morning and let me know the estimate for the insurance. Well they opened at 7:30 AM, and it was around noon when I called, and they were just getting started with the estimate for my car.

I hit a dear on my way to Lassen National Park. After limping my car back home to Reno, I was lucky enough to be referred to Steve's Collision Center. They were kind enough to provide me with a rental car, as I did not have coverage. The staff was friendly and helpful. The repairs were excellent!! Funny thing about a month after I had my car back, a woman at the smog cert place thought my car was newer than it was because the paint matched perfectly and looked great!

Steve's Collision Center repaired my Escalade and I am so happy! I would recommend them to anybody who is concerned about their car repairs. The color match was perfect and it drives like new again! They worked with my insurance company to get me on the road again within a timely manner. They also provided our family with a rental car, at no cost. I would chose Steve's Collision Center in the future for any necessary repairs!
