I asked them to double check.

They did not have the part , when I showed up to buy the part..

I know, I could have made a mistake

But I 'm petty sure;

I asked twice, if they had the part and was quoted a price.

Go figure?

Not gonna waste my time,

calling them next time.

Den of thieves and liars! The epicenter of mismanagement and deception. Bought a part for a customer's car. Specific year, make, model. I emailed pictures to make darn certain it was the exact part. Reassured exact make model and picture match. They said part would be ready in one hour. Waited over an hour then sent wife out there (40 minutes away). She got there 2 hours after the call and waited 30 minutes then called me after getting nowhere with them. I called and they told me they are 1st come, 1st served and there are people there in front of her. What about the pre-order and promise? Woman said we deal with people here first. Another 30 minutes and she has the part and leaves exacerbated, to drive another 40 minutes back across town. Wrong stinkin' part. Its even labeled a different car all together, doesn't match the pic at all. I called, they said bring it back. I sent her back two days later with a copy of the original receipt, same woman is rude as hell to my wife so I get yet another call. I Speak to woman and she says come back with original receipt. I know there's no way my wife is going out there again so I ask if she can leave the part and I can mail the original receipt, she said that'd be fine after speaking with her manager. So next day I mail receipt. Its been 3 months and still no refund. I call and speak with same woman, she is polite until she remembers the situation and turns completely rude and says, "I can only give you a yard credit. No refunds on electrical." This was 100% NOT what they agreed to before as yes, electrical returns are not accepted except when, as they agreed, they didn't sell me what they promised me, not even close AND agreed to the refund because it was their incompetence. I'm calling my attorney and hope to shut these cons down. Absolutely destroying the already tarnished reputation of the auto industry. One star is far to generous. I wish I could subtract stars from other ratings to give them a negative five.

LIARS! DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased a "good motor" for $1200 from these guys. Needles to say after 14 hrs to install it and an additional $100 in fluids, the motor was a piece of crap... It was knocking louder than the motor I pulled out... DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS.. They claim to have tested their motors but that obviously isn't the case...

I wouldn't even recommend Roy Y to my enemies...

I came in with high hopes. Workers were shady, owner was an old groucho. They really didn't help me.

Do not trust them

Ordered a used moter from them and what a waste of time. They had a 04 2.3 Lt. on there web site called confirmed in stock. They sent me the wrong moter twice and have not fixed it. The person I talked to was nice until there was a problem. There delivery Driver was excellent. But I will never do business with them agian.

Excellent sellection and service.

I have been going to Roy-Y's for years. They have an excellent selection of cars and parts. They have helped me fix anything from a older Ford pickup to a 99 Audi A4 and 01 Mitsubishi Eclipse. The workers may be a little blunt some times but once you get to know them, most of them are actually good guys. Tip: the more parts you buy at once, the better the deal will be.

Absolute RIPP-OFF

Here is your warning, Ethics at Roy Y auto wrecking are completely gone. I purchased a altenator for my family van and it failed not one, but 2 quallity checks. After contacting them about the problem they said bring it back for exchange or refund. Okay, more time and trouble but that's life, right? When I got there they refused to give me my money back after finding out that there was no more of that altenator in stock. They stated that the altenator I brought back was not the one they sold me! They stated that the altenator I brought back did not have thier markings on it and was not thiers. I am no fool, I knew for a fact it was the same they sold me and I was being willing or maybe by mistake, who knows, SCAMMED. If I were you I would avoid this auto wrecker!
