I had a set of all weather off-road tires with less than 36K miles on them and went to these guys because I was looking for some quieter tires. Made a deal to purchase a set of decent tires for my truck and wanted to keep my all weather tires for inclement weather. Well I went back to the shop after returning from a deployment, realized the all weather off-road tires weren't themed of my truck, as originally thought. I went back to J&D to get them and was told "It;s not my problem!" When I asked to speak with the owner, I was told he lived in California and they didn't have his address. I'm steaming now...but I leave the premises with intention of notifying the local authorities, the Better Business Bureau and my Attorney. Those tires were less than 36K on original 90K tires. IBE WARNED OF SHADY PRACTICES! I'll NEVER do business with the likes of them again, They essentially robbed me of $900! What a Ripoff joint! DON"T DO BUSINESS HERE!
