My fiance and I have lived here for going on 2 years and when we first moved in were we very skeptical about the establishment because of the mixed reviews. Boy was our opinions changed in the time of us living here. We love the management staff here, so much so that they know us by name. We had a few incidents with a load neighbor below us, but, the management staff took care of it. After reading these reviews people make it seem like there isnt drunk,loud, possible theft at any place you rent. When it comes to an apartment you run that risk ANYWHERE. Dont listen to these people that say they are horrible, because they arent. They are very very affordable, and the customer service is the number 1 reason why we still live there. Only thing I dislike is having to pay for my water now when we moved in it was water&heat included, but, my water only runs about 27$ a month. We will be leaving at the end of our lease, but not because of the village on the park, because we are buying a house instead. We highly recommend moving here!

I just moved there a month ago. I don't know who this Ryan guy is. Never met him. The management is pretty decent. I wish the cabinets were updated. I had maintenance problems in the beginnig but they've done their best at getting the issues taken care of. I admit, you have to stay on them. The pool is clean. I will agree, there are unsupervised children entering the pool area but I haven't had any problems with them. If I did I would handle it myself and take it up with management later if need be. My microwave wasn't working when I moved in and I got a new one. My dishwasher has standing water of about 1/4 or an inch or less. I reported it. Maintenance came out several times (5) but to no avail I'm still without a working dishwasher. I stayed on them and I'm awaiting a new dishwasher. I have no real complaints.
