The prices are the same as they would be online. As opposed to waiting you can come in and get them the same day! I hate the "overpriced" reviews because this place genuinely has a fantastic selection of games and consoles, the aesthetic is amazing, and the workers are knowlesgable and helpful in every way shape and form. This is game store, you have to understand their prices to be the same as they are online or else theres no profit. I paid 10$ for guitar hero rock the 80s guitar hero 5 and world tour. Their prices on nostalgia may vary but their proces on merchandise is adequite, fair, and i guarentee you that they'll do whatever it takes to get you in that door and buying their games. Excellent customer service. I literally refuse to shop anywhere else anymore!

OK, they have an AMAZING selection of games, the problem is they are way overpriced. They are more expensive than ebay. the only reason i give it two stars is just because of their selection other than that if your a collector your better off going to amazon or ebay. Disc replay has the opposite problem. Prices are Great but their selection is horrible. i refuse to overpay for convenience.

I would NOT recommend this store. It pains me to say so, but this place is ridiculously overpriced. They're so overpriced, it seems as if they just charge so high that they can cover their electric bill, considering the amount of loud and annoying televisions they have all over the place.

The thing is, I WANT to like this store. They do in fact have a great variety of games. However, they change their prices nonstop, hence the lack of price tags on 75% of their inventory. That's not very good business ethic. Some of the most common and fairly cheap NES, SNES, and N64 games are $20-80 a piece. I can go to Taylor Town Trade Center and find many of the same games for $15-30 cheaper. Many of these games can also be downloaded online for less than $10.

With all of that being said, they would benefit from adjusting their prices to actual market value of these games. Instead, they go on Ebay and charge whatever the highest price some idiot on there is charging.

I hope they see this review, because the constructive criticism would be necessary.

Staff wanted to argue with me. SMS game I bought at Disc Replay for $5.99 (had receipt from there as proof) they were selling for $24.99. Point it out and get told how "bad" disc replay is, and they would only go down to 11-15 ish w/ manager approval because that is the "current going rate" on ebay. Even thought one employee said they would price match, another employee took the game, put a post-it on it saying "reprice" and tossed it on a back desk saying he would not "go that low".

They are selling the Marth amiibo for 32.99 when it's 15 import and 20 US on Amazon, get told "don't show us going rate, see what it sold for" its amazon, not ebay. "But you're paying for shipping!" Amazon. prime is free, orders over $35 are free. "But you have to wait!" So...almost doubling the price for a "convenience fee" so I don't have to wait less then a week? "Yes!"

Oh! Employee asked if I "really play pc games?" While holding the SMS game. ...that's not a pc game. You don't even sell pc games!

Management and owners treat staff very poorly... Over worked, under paid, owed money, berated in front of customers... Extremely high turn over rate. I'd definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Don't really play games but still play super Nintendo and they have a Good collection of super Nintendo games

Stopped in last weekend looking for some retro games, and I definitely found them! Picked up 2 n64 games and a few controllers at a very fair price. Amazing selection of games and rare collectibles any gamer would love to own. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which was nice. You guys earned yourself another regular customer.

Do not even waste your time going here. I went here first then checked out Disc Replay by Southland Mall and everything is significantly cheaper. I'm sure the reply will be regarding willingness to price match but, I personally am going to the place that will give you the best deal up front. Also, I went to trade in games here one time and was told they. could not do so because the manager was not in yet.

I frequent this business all the time and worked there. I recently heard some negative things about new supergame time not paying employees. The business requires you to train for 3 days. Everybody that applys here is informed of this including myself. Just like any other workplace there are rules and regulations either you accept and work or you can just not work. You are never forced to work anywhere you don't want. The manager there is named berry and he is very straight forward and generous. I always heard him tell a bunch of trainees about getting to know the mercahdise and this isn't for everyone. It is always made very clear to everyone that walks in. It is a very beautiful place and everyone that walks in always wants to work here which really got me to work here. I was never shorted my pay or treated unequally and I loved working here but I'm a full time college student and my schedule just didn't work out. If I could choose a place for everyone spend there time and bring there family in.

I love this place! Great customer service, real nice and offer you what your equipment is worth! I will never go to game stop again!

Very legit place for any game lover, especially a collector. If you love and collect games of all types, you will really appreciate the value, prices and options.

I have been going to this store for a couple weeks now and Kyle and Trent have helped me out alot. It's a great store they hooked me up with a Nintendo.They also have given me top notch on my trade ins.Great store ,and I continue to go there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for all the latest and greatest games new or old!!! I really like this new game shop. They have a very comprehensive collection of games and movies and provide great service. You know you are getting quality items when you leave the store. Kyle was especially helpful with finding two retro consoles as gifts for my husband! Highly recommend this place for retro and modern gamers alike!

They have everything. Video games are plugged into systems ready to try and the selection it top notch.

Went here today for the first time after being referred there, brought in a few N64 games and a controller to trade in for store credit or cash. Ended up getting enough credit from that to purchase the cord for my Xbox that I needed, & enough left over to buy a used game too. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had to call them a couple times to find my way there because I was having trouble locating them and they were totally nice and helped me out. All in all I think its a cool place, great selection of games old and new from what I saw while I was there. I love a lot of the older games and systems, so finding a place like this is exciting to me. Looking forward to going back again. :)

Excited to see their tournaments! Excellent selection. Lots of previously owned games and they even have console repairs (nothing like keeping these classic systems going!).

Been in this place many times they are over priced and i recently pre ordered a game 2 months prior vo in on day its released they aint got it told to come back later game is there go to play and my pre order free download isnt there take it back and hear every excuse there is they screwed my order up and lied and gave me game that wasnt the pre ordered one not good business will never return

Thus store is over priced. They do not offer more than gamestop as they say. The employees are verrryyyyy slow with taking care of customers. Each time I came in to purchase or make a trade I at least wait nearly 45 mine to an hour. Also I've came in a few times and heard the store manager bickering and picking on the employees. TheThe doesn't handle his employees correctly. He's very disrespectful.

Hello, i am writing this because i've had more bad experiences than good at this store. The service is mediocre at best. Everytime i go in i have to wait around for atleast 15 to 20 mins to get help or questions answered. The owner always seems to put down the kids that work there and i heard they make like nothing, so i guess i can understand in a way why the service isn't up to par. The prices are alittle high for my liking because i can find most of these games online much cheaper but i personally like supporting local business and not having to wait for my games to be shipped if that makes sense. So overall i do kinda like the store but they need to treat the employees better so they treat customers better and maybe lower the prices enough to still make a profit but not rob the consumer...
