I have been a member at Telcom for 21 years. In that time, they were very good to me-at first. Lately, they have gotten too big. Some examples: Now your checks from a friend will take 5 business days to clear, and from a lot of businesses, 3 business days. They wanted me to wait 3 days for my PAYCHECK-from At&t. Yes, they're TELCOM credit union, and At&t had to wait!! Also recently, my PIN number was changed on my ATM card, randomly and for no reason I can identify. They are very tough to get a loan from, and they are not personable at all any more. I am going to switch to a more friendly, small credit union, and I suggest you do the same!
