the hostess and manager know nothing about customer service. Was there for Mothers day and what a disaster.
never going back there again. We left without eating.

I have been going to Sweet Lorraine's when there was only the

Ate there 3-4 times due to a friend who liked it. I think she just got off on the hip decor and failed to notice how poor the food was. Entrees I had ranged from passable to pathetic. One time I went out for a smoke after the meal and got locked out (near closing time). I went back in through the kitchen and it looked like a disaster area. I haven't been in a whole lot restaurant kitchens, but this was definitely the filthiest I've ever seen.

The first time I ate here it was one of the best meals I've ever had. I couldn't wait to go back. The second time we went to the Detroit location. The food was not good. It was right before closing so I thought maybe they were scraping the bottom of the barrel to complete our orders.



We tried the Southfield location again during dinner service. Again, not so good. Especially the carb items. I ordered the rice first. It was clumpy and tasteless. I sent it back and got the mashed potatoes instead and they were very dry. The entree was average.



One thing that was good was the staff at Southfield. We're trying again tonight...we'll see.
