Called and made an appointment -- they promised to come over the same evening or next and give an estimate.. No one showed up, that evening and or the next two days. Shepherd's never even called to cancel or reschedule, and did not return my phone calls requesting an update or a new appointment time. Totally unprofessional. Oh well, plenty of fish in this particular sea. My money is going to a competitor.

I have more trees that I can count trimmed and 3 large trees removed by Shepherd's and we're happy every time. Professional...that's all I can say.

They know there stuff when if comes to taking down a tree. Efficient and speedy. No the cheapest, but well worth the cost.

If you're looking for a hardscape contractor I would recommend Shepherd's. Project was completed on time and at budget and we love our new outdoor space.
