I learned that Guardian care Inc LLC of Southfield was placed as my Fathers Guardian while my father was in Henry Ford Hospital in ICU, but my father had identification with his address on it at the time he was admitted into the hospital and Guardian Care Inc LLC or the hospital (DID NOT)try to contact myself( his only child )or his Mother who’s address was on his identification. My Father went to hospital on 02/05/2015 and passed away 02/23/2015 my Father stayed in the hospital dead until Perry’s Funeral home came to pick his body up on 04/13/2015 Guardian Care Inc at that time, WITHOUT sending a letter or someone to the address on my Fathers identification card that he had on him when he went to the hospital and plus his identification was also in the hospital records, Guardian Care Inc LLC told Perry’s funeral home to cremate my father. I have been my Grandmother guardian for (7) seven years and according to section 3206 of Fiduciary Reporting Requirement (YOU MUST MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT INTERESTED PERSONS AND YOU MUST SERVE A COPY OF THE CARE AND FILE A PROOF OF SERVICE FORM TO THE COURT, WHICH THE COMPANY DID NOT INFORM THE COURT THAT THEY WOULD NOT CONTACT THE FAMILY BUT ONLY INFORMED THE COURT OF HIS PASSING) This is against the law and I will be seeking legal advice . Georgia the owner of company Gave authorization To Perry’s funeral home to cremate my father without informing anyone and my father address was right in her face!
