The worst company to ever deal...

The worst company to ever deal with. Where do I start? The customer service is the worst. The lady on the phone was rude, loud, kept cutting me off, and so much more. I ordered flowers online from "fromyouflowers.com". They were affiliated with this company, Floral Direct. The attempt to make the delivery and they call the recipient (so much for a surprise), and never walk inside the business to drop those off, but they leave. I called Floral Direct and they said it is not their fault why the recipient didn't answer her phone. I asked where this policy is, and she said "It's a verbal policy". So unheard of. She kept talking over me as she was the boss of her company and kept telling me it was my fault why the recipient didn't answer their call. And then she kept lying that the delivery guy had a flat tire on the way there....



Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!



However, fromyouflower.com customer service is excellent. They were able to assist me and change my order to a different floral company and made sure Floral Direct never tried to contact me again. I give a 5 start to them.

I found this company very unpr...

I found this company very unprofessional. They downright lied to me so many times I lost count. The flowers were delivered to our church late Sunday (after the church was closed) and were half dead on Monday morning for the funeral. The first time I called they lied and said they thought it went to a resident’s home, even though the church's name was card. Second they made the excuse that they thought it was for our Sunday service, which again, they delivered after 4 p.m. when the building was closed. Next, they promised they would have a replacement before 11 a.m., which never arrived. It is now Friday (the funeral was on Monday) and I still have not received fresh flowers or heard from them even though I have called several times. It goes straight to voicemail which – is always full. Don’t use this company.

I will never do business with ...

I will never do business with Floral Direct. My daughter ordered flowers through FTD.com and when I received them I saw they came from Floral Direct. The flowers were of very poor quality -- astromeria petals were wilted and dropping off, hydrangea flowers all had brown edges, rose petals were smashed and had brown creases all through them. I called Floral Direct who offered me a credit for future purchases or replacement flowers. I chose the replacement flowers. Waited a week and nothing arrived. I called FTD who spoke with Floral Direct. Floral Direct told FTD there was a "misunderstanding" about when I wanted the flowers but that they would make a new arrangement and I would receive them that day. It is now 4 days later and still nothing. I agree with the other reviewers -- save your money and stomach acid and do NOT do business with this company.

This company is HORRIBLE!!I made an order over the phone with the manager that assured me my order would be comeplete and delivered....however they took my money and NEVER delivered my order....I also tried to contact them several times for and explaination or a refund and all they have done was give me the run around...Dont spend your money wit these people they will rip you off!!

Very Unsatisfied Customer!!!!!!!!!!

I bought flowers from Floral Direct for my wife (for Valentines day) and the overall experience was terrible. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday and I had to follow up mid-day on Sunday to see if they were coming. When they finally arrived, they were already opening up and there were only 11 Roses in the arrangement. When I pay $50 for a dozen, I expect 12 Roses. Oh yeah, I just remembereed, I paid for a balloon, which never came. To top it all off, it is now Thursday, and after 4 days, they are all hanging.



So much for the awesome roses I was expecting. I could have gotten 2 dozen from the grocery store on Woodward on Sunday for $19.99!!



I tried to call to discuss and her voicemail is full. Too many complaints to manage I presume.



Save your money and go somewhere else.



One very unhappy customer!!!!!
