I was looking for a non-dealership mechanic to service my 8-yr old Fiat 500 Turbo. A couple of shops I called didn't want to deal with a Fiat, but Sal said, "Bring it in." Sal and Zoe are the best, explained everything, fixed the problems, and didn't charge a gazillion $ to do it. Moving forward, they're my guys!

This might be my first review ever, since I didn't feel in need to do it, until I had this experience. My fiance and I recently moved from DC where we used public transportation, so here we faced the urgent need for a car, looked everywhere for a reliable vehicle at a fair price, and we thought we found a good fit, I looked for a mechanic I'll be able to trust to have it checked, and by it's reviews I got in touch with Alpha Auto Services, Sal was from the first phone conversation very accommodative to our needs and schedule, after driving this car into his shop and giving it a quick glance, he already had the certainty of many issues and that the car wasn't worth at all. And he preferred to give us advice and even don't charge us! We were very happy with his help and honesty. Now almost a week later he has helped us to find a right fit, and we couldn't be more thankful. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust, count on them, they'll do a great job and you can enjoy peace of mind knowing they'll care for you and your needs above all and help you out along the way. From everyone trying to get advantage of our situation, Sal was the only willing to truly help, thank you so much.

I took my car for diagnosis they shiot me a high price I turned them down they gave me back my engine in pieces some in the trunk . They then charged me $250.00 for the mess. I would never take a vehicle to them again . They were rude and so unprofessional. Do not go there !
