Had a technician (AJ) come out to install GFI’s in my garage and bathroom. Afterwards a garage light wasn’t working. Did my check to see if I could fix the issue, by changing out light bulbs and checking to see if the lines were hot. I changed the bulbs and there was no power on the lines. Called the company and the manager (Clay) said if it’s an unrelated issue, they would charge for the visit. Had the same technicians come out and they found out the circuit breaker wasn’t full engaged. The technician (AJ) had turned off circuit breakers while working on changing GFI’s. His exact words to me were “I’m not sure whose fault it is. But I’ll talk to my boss and tell him that I don’t feel that you should be charged for this visit”. Later, I get billed for $90 for the 5 minutes of labor they performed. I spoke with the manager (Clay) who tells me it was an unrelated issue. But what really pisses me off is that the technician (AJ) never told his manager what he said to me about being charged for the visit. The manager even had all of us on the phone together to discuss what happened. And the technician totally denied ever telling me that. It was terrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I called Fowler Electrical when my mother had a problem with her smoke alarm. Daniel was very understanding and responsive to our needs. He not only addressed the problem the very same day, but also called my mother back the next day to make sure everything was working properly! In my book - that doesn't happen often in the fast paced world that we live in. I would highly recommend this company!!!!
