Dr. Fletcher is a board certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hand and upper extremity injuries. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Auburn University, followed by medical school at the University of Tennessee School of Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery residency at the Campbell Foundation at University of Tennessee, and Surgery of the Hand and Upper Extremity fellowship at The Hand Center of San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Fletcher specializes in minimally invasive techniques for chronic conditions as well as bone and joint repairs of traumatic injuries. He performs endoscopic carpal tunnel releases and suture-button suspension basal joint arthroplasties which are outpatient procedures offering quicker recovery times and less casting than comparable traditional techniques. He also performs in-office percutaneous needle procedures for Dupuytren's contractures and trigger fingers, utilizing local anesthesia and avoiding incisions, allowing for immediate relief and no down time. He incorporates the use of OrthoSouth's Certified Hand Therapists for a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Dr. Fletcher is a highly recommended physician by his patients for his quality care and personable demeanor. He sees patients in Memphis, Tennessee, Southaven, Mississippi, and Marion, Arkansas. In his free time, Dr. Fletcher enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three kids. He is involved in his church, Independent Presbyterian Church, where he teaches a 5th grade Sunday School class. He also serves on the board at his kids' school, Westminster Academy.
