i don't know about service,but I know about their sales. My wife went to have new tires mounted and balanced, seeing how we already owned the tires. They lied by trying to scam her into having to buy two $100 tire pressure sensors. Saying that they have to be replaced every time new tires are put on. FALSE. Fortunately my wife is smart and called me to check and didn't just "buy" into whatever MR Professional says. They will not have any of my business nor none of my families.
