This school is hands down THE BEST in the area! The instructors are amazing and they make the classes fun and exciting! I want my kids to learn about FOCUS, DISCIPLINE, and RESPECT, don't you? Master Z and his instructors deliver this message and encourage their students to use these mental qualities at home and school as well. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you call them and schedule a introductory class :)

Southampton Martial Arts and Master Z are the best!! Our two children became black belts under Master Z's tutelage. He truly cares about his students. Master Z has been a major influence with both their academic and personal success. If you are looking for a martial arts program for your son or daughter, then Southampton Martial Arts is a must!!!

This place is amazing!! The cardio kickboxing is the best workout I've ever had. The instructors are so amazing, I even joined the martial arts program. It has a lot of programs for children and youth, but is also great for adults. I am able to push myself and learn much more because of the excellent caliber of the instructors and black belts. I chose to move to this area just so that I could continue training here. Everyone who wants a great workout or wants to learn more needs to go here!!! No place like anywhere else!
