The only place for Framing! We have had multiple pieces framed throughout the past years at Frame It. Every time we have been treated with utmost courtesy and friendliness, and always with wonderful ideas and patience while we have made up our minds on matting colors, framing styles, etc. We had not been in for quite some years, as we had no new pieces to frame, but this past Christmas, I was working on a do-it-myself project for my daughter, grand-daughters, and sister. In past years i could find pre-made oval matting at any of the local craft stores. Not this year! And, of course, it was the week of Christmas that i was finishing up the projects, alas, with no matting. I decided to visit Frame It and see if, perhaps, they had some ready-made oval matting i could purchase. Nope, nothing ready made, and at this point it was 2 days from Christmas. I was helped with the usual friendliness, and interest in my little projects, but at such a busy time, they said they could not get my matting until after the New Year. I assured them that was fine, i would just give the project unassembled, and would promise the finished items right after the New Year. This was not a big order, only 5 simple matts. After placing the order, i left, expecting a call in the New Year.

Well, to my surprise, I received a call bright and early on Christmas Eve morning! My matts were finished and ready for pick-up! Well, he said, he was up early and just figured it would not take that long to cut them out for me!!! What a wonderful surprise! I went and picked them up right away, and got my projects completed for Christmas day. My family were delighted with their beautifully matted pieces, and i owe it all to the wonderful staff at the Frame It shop. As always, and even more, i can still be confident to recommend them to any family or friends. Thank you, Frame It!!!
