The entire experience from the initial consultation for a cost estimate to the completion of my project was seamless and straight forward. I was highly impressed at the level of responsiveness and follow through during the COVID pandemic. I was extremely nervous about the outcome of my permits and removal of my violations when the city started shutting down. Expert Violation staff and owner was on point every step of the way. They were always accessible to provide me with updates and to reassure me of the progress we were making. I cannot imagine anyone not having a positive and satisfied experience with this company. The level of honesty and dedication I experienced exceeded my expectations.

I own and manage more then property, and I have had other companies play games with me so they can take me to the bank, but not this company I was surprised at how fast they work, I will never even consider anyone else when I get a problem with the building department my only regret is that wish I could give them more stars

EXPERT BUILDING VIOLATION REMOVAL are the best period. They are very professional at what they do, reliable, and plus they had the best quote to do the job. Every step of the process I was told which was promised that they were going to take care of has been done, from approved plans documents and tickets all have been approved, removed, and now I can finally breathe again. I am more then grateful that there services were able to delivered on time and also took great measures to take care of things like a BOSS. You will not regret it if you chose them but will be rewarded in the very end.

Wish I could rate 10 stars. After much running around and false information from many other contractors and similar companies I finally came upon this company searching desperately online for help with the violations I received for my basement. I was relieved to understand what my options were and how I should proceed to address the problem. Expert Violation Removal staff were patient and very kind in explaining everything to me. They explained the different ways I could resolve the violations and allowed me to decide with no pressure or scare tactics like some of the other companies I spoke with. I contracted them to legalize my basement and remove the violations. They represented me in court and did everything that needed to be done. Great people to work with.

Professional, reliable and honest company to work with. These days it is almost impossible to find a company you can trust and hand over your hard earn money without worrying if something would go wrong. This is one of the few companies I have dealt with that has earned my trust with out a doubt. This is one of the most professional and straight forward companies I have worked with. They were very clear about the violation removal process and took the time to explain everything. I believe they went above and beyond to expedite my paper work as I had very little time to get my cellar violations resolved. I appreciated their patience and understanding.
