Stay Away! Worst dry cleaning experience ever! Dropped some food on my shirt during a dinner dance. My regular cleaners (Choi's) was on vacation. Instead of waiting, I took my shirt to New Rainbow, WHAT A MISTAKE! They couldn't remove a simple food stain out of my shirt and offered no solution! All he wanted was his $4. Afterwards, I realized all they do is take your clothes and send it out to be cleaned and bear no responsibility for the work performed. I didn't want to pay him but he insisted I pay him the full price. I informed him that I was going to submit a bad review on the Internet, he replied, " I don't care". I guess that's the way he feels about his work and his customer satisfaction! I hate business's with this type of attitude. I wish they would go out of business or leave town. THEY REALLY DEGRADE OUR TOWN', AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
