Provided by YPmobileI chose this place based on reviews.I have to say this was a horrible experience. My sister was diagnosed with cancer & needed a wig. This is a hard time for anyone & Steve did not make it any easier. He was very rude & basically told her that she was being difficult for asking questions. He talks over you & gets aggravated when you asked questions. In his words "you can either be difficult or just accept the situation". He also cut off all the tags & told her that she could not even try the wig on.Then every 4 weeks we have to come back to him wash it.He was insensitive to the situation & made her feel bad & at fault for having cancer & needing a wig.I don't understand how he has awards from different organizations for his great work with cancer patients. He is very unprofessional & destroys any self esteem a person has left going through the painful time.I strongly urge anyone going through this to look elsewhere for wigs & for someone that truly understands how blessed these women are.

I chose this place based on other reviews. But I have to say this was my worst experience. My sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to get a wig. We saw the reviews and set up an appointment. This is a hard time for anyone and Steve did not make it any easier. He was very rude about the whole situation and basically told my sister that she was being difficult just for asking questions. He would talk over you and get aggravated when you asked any questions at all. In his words "you can either be difficult or just accept the situation". Unbelievable! He also cut off all the tags and told us that my sister could not even try the wig on. Then every 4 to 6 weeks we would have to drive back to Miami just to have him and him only wash it. He was insensitive to the whole situation and really made my sister feel bad and at fault for having cancer and needing a wig. I don't understand how or why he has all these awards from different societies and organizations for his great work with cancer patients. He is very unprofessional and destroys any self esteem a person has left going through the painful time in their life. I strongly urge anyone going through the same thing in life to look elsewhere for wigs and for someone that truly understands how blessed these women truly are and treats them with the kindness and care they have earned for being so strong. I will be posting to other sites and want to make sure the truth of this vendor is spread correctly and not through fake reviews. Thank you

Provided by YP.comVery expensive, 370.00 for a short synthetic wig made in Thailand. I felt the owner was only interested in making his money...I went before starting chemo and I felt like Steve only cared about making a sale. He offered to shave my head for an extra 55.00, and he calls himself "compassionate ".
Try the American cancer society for wigs or anywhere else, otherwise you're going to feel ripped off.
