I've been twice at this carwash, and twice the person was not welcoming but on the contrary aggressive right away, telling it would take at the very least 2 hours to wash my car (and btw this franchise is located in a parking you have to pay for). The first time I asked when he would be less busy so I can come again. He answered during weekdays, which I did today, but the welcoming was even worse. Although he had just two cars there to wash (three times less than the last time during the weekend), he said right away it's not possible, it's gonna take too long, he's so busy, etc. Worse experience ever with a carwash. Boycott Pronto Wash!
