Best bike store in Miami... Best service center! The staff is very kind and willing to help, their inventory is enormous, they have everything!

Fixed my tubular wheel without any issues. Nice people.
Went first to Ultrabikex in Key Biscayne horrible service
first time I went there a month ago had no problem fixing my wheel. Second time they just say no and did not give a crap. Said
shop policies , but than again is Key Biscayne. I stay 100 times with MACK CYCLE.

Georgia is great. She really gives great customer support and answers every question you have. Will definitely come back and ask for Georgia next time.

I needed to get a bike for my nephew for Christmas. Georgia was a lifesaver. She talked me through bike selections and helmets to make sure I walked away with the best. My nephew was very happy Christmas morning. Thanks Georgia!

This place lives up to its reputation as one of the best cycling stores in the US. 5 stars. 4th bike bought here. Look for Efrain. No hassle, no pressure. Just state your budget and he will take care of you no matter if it is $600 or $3000. He will always find you the best bike for your money. So far I have recommended 2 friends, my girlfriend and two bikes for myself. And I've always come out of the place very happy. Thank you Efrain. You are the best!!!

Good selection of bikes, a little pricey but you can get anything you need there.

If you have not been to Mack cycle, do yourself a favor and get over there. I was blown away by the selection of clothing and accessories that they have in stock and at excellent prices. The staff is also very helpful.
