Parents are permitted to coach without background checks and concussion training. Good athletes are bullied by opposing coaches and parents. Rules are not enforced by John Hines or Amy. Refs follow and question children when away from adults. Coach Noreen Patrick picks on little girls and assaults adults when confronted. Her husband uses profanity on mothers and daughters in the parking lot. Keep your kids safe and seek out a league with over sight!
