I just bought a Kawai BL-31 from Piano Liquidators about a month ago. I noticed there was another user who left an incredibly negative review. I just wanted to say that this was not my experience at all. I drove from Idaho to check out this place, because there is only one piano dealer in my local area, and they did not have many used pianos. I loved the Kawai K-3, but buying it new was completely out of my price range. Kim at Piano Liquidators was able to set me up with a refurbished model that was every bit on par with the K3 for the same price I would have spent just to get a cheap institutional model. What really impressed me is that he still included free delivery in the price of the piano, even though I live three hours away. He also includes a bench and in-home tuning with the price. Whether or not his stories about tuning pianos for Elton John are true, I can't say, but he did give me a great deal on a great piano. (And just as a side note, I have a bachelor's degree in music and am incredibly picky about pianos.)

The guy who runs this place is a fraud. He will tell you he has tuned pianos for Billy Joel and Elton John. He will even go so far as to say they fly him around the country to tune their pianos. He was fired from another piano store before he started this company, because of his unethical ways. Buyer Beware, this guy is a crook.
