McArthur Homes is a regional homebuilder with houses and communities in the greater Salt Lake City area. Its communities include Legacy Ranch in Harriman City, Utah; Hunter Village in West Valley, Utah; Thanksgiving Village in Lehi, Utah; and Cascade Park in Sandy, Utah. Many of McArthur s home designs have been developed exclusively for its homeowners by one of the nations most respected and recognized architectural firms, Knudson Gloss Architects in Boulder, Colo. McArthur homes was established in the early 1990s and is based in South Jordan, Utah. Since inception, the company has built more than 1,200 houses. McArthur has received several awards throughout its history, including People s Choice, Best Architecture, Best Interior Design, Best of Show and Homebuilder of the Year in Utah.
