when my family called to inquire for prices, something appeared to good to be true, i personally went by i couldnt have my family be taken advantage of. as i drove up it was nice and very clean outside, alil different of the norm what one thinks of a funeral home, however humble.

i first was greeted by someone who walkedup after i ahd walked in. very polite and seemed concerned i mentioned what i was needing just simple information and i was short for time.

she seemed understanding and asked me if someone had passed away i said not yet but almost, she asked me to have a seat in this room that appeared not over bearing as other places i visited.

Shortly after a gentleman appeard and introduced himself, and sat with me, he was very warm and again non bearing. he asked what are the wishes or the family desire of services. he simply assued me, either services will be honorable to serve the family. he gave me a tour of the place which i was like a tour? okay.,

the time he took to walk around and show me the availability for my family , i knew my grandmother would want this.. as i left he reminded me not to hesitate to call back or come by if any concerns or questions came up, that they are available 24 hrs and they personally answer their calls. i said ill kept that in mind, unfortunately later that evening my grandfather passed away. I called it was 2:45am, the gentleman who answered was in fact the gentleman i spoke with earlier that afternoon. he recalled our conversation in great detail, and personally was at the hospital within the commited time frame he said.

The entire ceremony went as planned and they continued to support my grandmother following the services to see how were thngs, if there was anything she need, they kept our family informed of all transitions, and far beyond my expectations. We didnt feel like customers, but like friends helping friends,if there were more stars to give this firm would get 100 stars from me and my family.

today everyone looks for the better price, they were not the least but was reasonable and service far above what i ve experienced before when my dad passed 8 months prior. De La Garza Family.
