Linares Tires has horrible service and their employees are incompetent. On June 25th my father took my new 26” rims to have the sensors removed, the man doing the job must have not known how to do this job because he dented 2 of my NEW rims. The first rim has 1 dent and the second one has 2 dents on it, my rims where in great condition before he put his hands on them. I called the police and was informed that I needed to talk to the owner of Linares Tires to have them pay for the damages or have them pay for the repairs. When I went to speak to the owner she was not there but her son stated that he would be able to help me, he acted like this was my problem and and walked away. The employee who damaged my rims did not know what to say but they were already like this. Wrong my rims were new and they were not dented before. I would think that Linares Tires would be responsible for their employees work and mistakes.



If you need a tire fixed do not go to Linares Tires.
