we reached out to this company to help our small business they claim to have high standards however they have lost our orders and have no idea where they were they send units out with grids that are not connected to the spacer their salesmen are completely worthless and do not respond back their drivers are unprofessional and sloppy.we had told them our problems their response was to cancel our account they had said that the quality I am looking for is not in reach therefore they cannot do business with our company anymore I warn everyone beware of glasswerks LA and Temecula not only they have long lead times but the most unprofessional company our company has dealt with we have been in business for 22 years beware folks don't sacrifice quality trying to get the best price
