Rob is a VERY honest owner and technician. He quoted me a price over the phone and there was no hidden charges like so many other companies have. Would never use anyone but him in the future.

Rob is very knowledgable and polite. His actions indicate a great deal of experience and that translates into a very good and complete job. I am amazed at the difference there is in our well kept house after Rob was finished. I have many airborne allergies and am feeling better after he completed his work. Our house is 34 years old. I recommend Rob to anyone who is thinking about having their air ducts cleaned.

When I was looking to get my ducts cleaned I called and spoke to Rob, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When he arrived and I met him he was a complete gentleman. He explained everything and did a marvelous job. I tell everyone about him now when I'm out. THANK YOU ROB!

I called to get an estimate to get my dryer vent duct worked replace. I was calling on a cell phone and my phone cut out as the man answered the phone. So I wanted to be sure I dialed the right number so I asked if it was Natl Duct Cleaning. The man that answered the phone said he answered the phone that way and that I must be a F@#$ing telemarketer and hung up on me. Apparently this company doesn't need people's business badly enough to give someone calling the benefit of the doubt.You can tell a lot about a person by how they treat someone they perceive to be "lower" than them. I don't know anyone who enjoys telemarketers, but they are people trying to make a living too. There is never an excuse for rudeness.

Rob and this whole company is great. I highly recommend this company to everyone I know.
