Dr. Kemperas is great - easy to talk to and work with. Bonus if you're a metalhead - you and the good doctor will have much to talk about! I've been two years in a row and I'm definitely going to keep going back.This time, after ordering, Carolyn called to notify me that my frame ended up being backordered in the color I wanted. But, she also offered to provide me the same frame in another color and switch my lenses when the correct frame came in. I don't need my new glasses that quickly, but that's service! The selection of glasses (as a male) might leave a bit to be desired, but that's about the only negative I can say.
