I purchased an LED sign from Arter Neon in March 2010. Within a couple months some of the LEDs completely burned out. Now he entire sign is fading. I contacted the company and they suggested I buy a new AC Adapter from them to replace the crappy one they sold me in the first place. Sign is very poor quality. Be wary of purchasing anything from this company. Very very poor quality.
