My 3rd time here in less than a year. The nurses and providers are always caring, attentive thorough and efficient. I start feeling better before leaving facility.
There were a couple of interactions with certain front desk staff…didn’t clearly explain the billing process etc. Also when I walked into facility recently, I heard one staffer’s comment that wasn’t very welcoming. She may have been having a bad day so I am still giving an overall excellent review.

So impressed! After being totally misdiagnosed by the Cape Cod Healthcare Walk-In Clinic, my husband developed pneumonia. On Thanksgiving morning, Carewell saw my husband, properly diagnosed him and wrote him the correct Rx's. In 24 hours, he was feeling better. Can not tell you how grateful we are to Carewell.

All staff was efficient and professional.
The young doctor (unfortunately I didn't ask her name) was very knowledgeable, caring and provided effective help. I wish she was my Primary care doctor.

It is nice when doctors office is on time. The office notified me that they were running behind. I went over 20 minutes early and they took me on time!

Very helpful and pleasant staff---walk in to check on sore throat and earache and very quick to diagnose strep throat and send off prescriptions to my local pharmacy---same great experience as other times I have stopped in-highly recommend!!

I've always received exceptional care from the nurses/doctors and the front desk staff is professional and pleasant. Highly recommended! There is an urgent care center 3 minutes from my house in Centerville and I'd rather drive to Dennis to go to Carewell.

Experienced and professional NP and radiology technician assessed my issue, explained results, and outlined appropriate treatment. I was seen quickly in the evening. They are open until 8pm on weekdays and in a convenient location. I have been there before and also received excellent care at that visit.

Alyssa at the front desk was outstanding as were the medical assistant and Dr. Henin. They helped me through a severe bout of poison ivy/oak/sumac

Clean, professional facility and the staff are always kind and caring. Easier than an appointment with your PCP and less expensive than the ER. Never fun being sick but glad I have them as an option.

My daughter was not feeling well so we brought her over to carewell. It was such a great experience. Dr. Hennon was wonderful. She was very caring and made my daughter feel very safe and comfortable which is not easy to do. I will absolutely bring my children back there again.
