First time using a laundromat in probably 30 years. This place is clean and friendly, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a "hello", and when I asked for assistance, she was very helpful! Will be using them again and again (until I get my dryer replaced). Nice experience.

Do not use this scamming company with a horrible attitude! I dropped off Linens to be cleaned for my business which has happened very many times in the past with no issues before the new company who apparently is taking over decided to use a service to send Linens to. The new quote was five times more than the original cleaning cost that we were quoted before. We told him that we were not interested in paying the new rate and that we would come pick up the items. When we went into pick them up we were informed that they had been sent off to storage and they would call us. Then we contacted them again with the least eloquent person on the phone. Rudely said I don't appreciate u say "you guys" it offended her. I said I dropped it off to you guys... She finally gave us a number to call for a manager and nothing she has been telling us has been true. There's no outsourced company they do it all there. There's also no storage. The manager will look into it and I'll update when I find out anything... Till then...

This company (not you guys) has lost or stole hundreds of dollars of linens from my company.

I'm sorry to the new manager for being felt a bad hand. This employee needs to learn to talk to customers.

UPDATE: I was told they disposed of them as they see fit. $600 in linen. Because it wasn't picked up in a timely manner. Maybe they just weren't happy I didn't want to pay their new fees?
