BEWARE worst customer service I have ever experienced. Long time customer with 3 policies who has never bothered them since taking out the policies. I asked for an additional coverage and it has been over 6 weeks & several phone calls. After 5 weeks, agent said quotes would be to me in 2 days. After a week I called and left message that I had not received quotes. I was then placed on hold until they hung up or my phone dropped the call. I finally called the insurance company that has my policies to find a new agent in Florida.
