Called store and checked on a Ruger 10-22.

They said they had one in stock to come to store. After a hour drive there and standing at Counter for twenty minutes with no other customs there, they told me they did not have the item. So they ordered one ,and I paid and done a back check which was approved. Refused any discounts to me. They said it would take three days . Which it did, but went to pick it up and they lost my paperwork. The manager called me names and everything . So just wanted my money back. After a little more confrontation , they refunded my money. Won't ever shop at that store again. Thanking about filing a civil claim for how they treated me.
