I have never been treated so rude and disrespected in a retail situation before and it came directly from the owner (who I have heard is the daughter of the original owner). I am in Sales and understand the GREAT importance of treating all of customers with respect and anticipating their needs NONE of this happened during my experience with this store. I am just so thankful that I did not purchase my dress from her, as a bride I would never want to deal with somebody so incredible RUDE. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone involved in a wedding whether you’re a bride, bridesmaid or mother of the bride
