We have been using Patricia Ann's for several years now. I can honestly say we have tried ALL others in the area. NOT ONE compares with the quality you receive from them. Their arrangements are simply beautiful.....ALWAYS fresh and ALWAYS full!! They also do outstanding funeral flowers. ALL the employees are so helpful and courteous. I know if you try them ONCE......you will never return to another florist. They give you that "old-fashioned customer service". They are one of the finest hidden treasures in South Bend.

Don't use their website. I ordered flowers on Monday for delivery on Friday and didn't find out from them until Thursday that they wouldn't deliver to the location I specified, but there was no problem when I entered it in the website. They did not offer to help me transfer the order to another teleflora dealer who could deliver it. The woman I spoke with actually hung up on me. When I called back the owner was extremely rude. I don't understand how they stay in business.

This florist is fantastic! They bend over backwards to make the customer happy. This is rare in this day and age.

The most beautiful and longest lasting arrangements in the area. You definitely get what you pay for, and the staff is extremely helpful.

You get the most for your money over any other florist in the area. They always do the utmost to please.
