I just would like a answer is why you say unlimited vip car washes when your limited to one per day that what I wanna know. I’ve had you unlimited for years and now all the sudden I was told it’s limited to one a day. They said it’s been like this for years which was a lie because I used to take my car all the time in the winter 2 and 3 times a day.

I have a VIP at Drive and Shine and they have always been helpful and respectful. They've always got me in and out and off to work ..would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family and co-workers.

Had a detail and additional wheel clean. Better than I've had at any dealership. Seemed to take great pride in their work. Would definitely recommend.

I got my oil changed by drive and shine yesterday. I never had any issues with them before, but it was always the same person who did my oil change before. I can't remember the name of the man who did it once before but he was always very nice and informative. If there was anything wrong with the car he would tell me prior to doing the oil change. This time it was different. When I brought my car to drive and shine I was greeted by a man and he told me I could wait in my car or in the waiting room, I opted for the waiting room. A few minutes passed and I see him walk by, and a few minutes pass again and I see him walk the other way and he tells me when I have a chance he has to go over something with me. I follow him to the garage and he tells me a bunch of car mumbo jumbo and how much it'll cost to fix. I told him I thought the reason for my car acting up was because of the oil. He said no, then threw some more car talk at me, and how it may lead to bigger car problem like the head gasket breaking. I told him ok, i dont have the funds today, maybe by the end of the week. I asked him of he thought my car could wait that long he said it's better to get it done sooner than later. So I told him I guess you can hold off on the oil change if the car may die soon. To which he replied 'oh we already did the oil change' by this time I was a little confused, if you saw that my car would not last a week, why not tell me that prior to doing the oil change? I feel like I was tricked into paying this because they already saw the problem, did the oil change anyway and got me locked into paying for a service I wouldn't even need. Needless to say my car's head gasket broke an hour later and now I am without a car and out $57.14. I know this may not seem like much, but as an already struggling college student it feels like a lot to me.

Drive n Shine is the best oil change/ car wash place around, so if you are looking to have these services done, go to any Drive n Shine except the one on Ironwood in South Bend. They have no clue how to run their own protions and the employees are down right rude. While this is the closest Drive n Shine to me, I will go out of my way to by pass Ironwood and go to another location.
