My son got his last 3 pairs from c&b. All 3 pair fell apart 6 months in. I changed the type each time but no luck. Useless glasses!

Didn't get past scheduling. A woman named Stephanie answered & was very unpleasant. Near the end of the phone call she just hung up. I didn't even realize our convo was done - I was still responding to her question (and it was a short answer-i wasn't blabbering on). Was going to re-confirm date/time of appt when she just hung up. No good bye or anything. There are PLENTY of other eye docs out there. I will gladly take my business where the employees are pleasant.
