They took advantage of me took my last bit of money and sold me a black mold and yes we had it tested infested home don't let ten do this to you don't buy or rent bad manager and the owners don't care if I had moved in to the place they sold me ykids would have died I wish his place was shut down don't let them hurt your family or take your money

This park has the worst management ever. They are constantly nit picking everything. There worthless maintenance guy thinks he owns the place and enjoys walking into your yard screaming and hollering at people over what he says is a violation and then going to the managers to complain your dogs barked at him when he did said action. I won't go into anymore details but know this is not a nice park to live in unless you like feeling like your in prison. Fran and John are the worst managers ever.
