This was one of the worst experiences of my life. After many years of eating here, we decided to bring my mother here for her 74th birthday. The staff was rude, no one could speak english and therefore could not help us. After being frustrated with the lack of service we asked for a manager. At this point a man who claimed to be a manager began speaking with my 25 year old daughter. She explained that we were unhappy, to be sat in the middle of the room next to a party when there was plenty of space in the room to not be on top of each other, she continued by explained that after waiting 20 minutes for a server our server has been unhelpful and quite rude. He basically told he could care less. It turns out he was not the manager and the manager was out of the building. Once he was rude to my daughter, it was the last straw for us. We ended up leaving and going to a different restaurant. I would never recommend this place to anyone again.
