If you like a great course at a great value, St. Croix National is a course you have to play! Every hole a challenge. Every hole rewards a good shot and penalizes a bad one. The greens are lights out, too! They are smooth and very true. Attentive staff (meaning the cart girls came around often) and good food after the round.

Definitely worth the drive from the Twin Cities. I HIGHLY recommend it!

St. Croix National is the tent...

St. Croix National is the tenth course I have played so far this year and it was by far in the best condition out of all of them. The fairways and greens were all in great shape for this time of the year. The course is challenging for every type of player and requires a lot of accuracy or you will find yourself in trouble. Beautiful views of the forest on quite a few of the holes. They have a nice practice putting green and also a separate practice chipping green along w/ a driving range. No GPS in the carts but they have sky caddie’s available. Any amenity that you’re looking for is available at St. Croix National. Staff was all very friendly and helpful…for the price you cannot beat this course!

If you haven't golfed here you...

If you haven't golfed here you are missing out, not only are the greens the best you will see in any golf course or country club, but the employees are helpful with all your needs in and around the course. Dont walk or you will be here for a few days. They even have GPS systems to attach to the golf cart to help you in any way while on the course. The main golf center is comfortable and clean and has a healthy amount of food and golf accessories. I will definitely be back whenever possible. I will definitely bring my military guys here too since the price is perfect.

St. Croix National – Course Review

St. Croix National is a beautiful course which borders the St. Croix River. The course offers a number of beautiful views and significant elevation changes. The course can be walked; however I do suggest using a cart. All handicaps will be challenged by this layout; mainly due to the elevation changes and difficult lies you will encounter on undulating fairways and thick rough. I found my round to be thoroughly enjoyable, complimented by top notch service and knowledgeable staff. I would recommend this track to anyone and I look forward to playing it again in the near future.
