My wife and I were not looking for the typical OceanCity home. We met with quite a few architects in the Area. We started off thinking we would go with a well known builder from Avalon, but after meeting with Terry Thomas we were confident he and his team would do a great job. Terry assured us from the start he would make the process simple and help us navigate not only with the design of the project but also getting through all the permit process of building a home. As you can see I rated Terry Thomas firm 5 star he delivered on all his promises. I honestly believe he helped us realize our dream home where other would have failed or not tried to find ways to make all of our goals met. Andrew Bechtold was the designer of the new home, he was very patient with us. We showed him a home we liked in Longport and asked him to copy it. Fortunately Andrew decided to improve the looks instead of copy, he pointed out things that needed to be changed so we could maximize size and design. Building on the open Bay can present problems, Andrew made all of the problems go away and designed the most beautiful home. I am in business myself and always appreciate when someone recognizes when we get it right. I can honestly say Andrew and Terry exceeded my expectations, our house is half complete I can't wait until it's done. In closing if you are building a home in South Jersey especially in the Ocean City, Sea Isle, Avalon, Margate, Stone Harbor area call these guys they are simply the best.
