We visited this awful place about 2 months ago this place was so disrespectful uncommpassionate I can't believe these people work in a dialysis environment first my fathers start time was at 9:15 and he didn't get connected til 11:00 And when I asked around 10 if they knew what time he was going to be called the nurse told me when we're ready for him we will call him and slammed the door my father was finally called and during his treatment he said that he was so scared to sleep because of the workers how they were talking and treating the patients the lady sitting next to my father started cramping and was shouting out for help when A female and male nurse we're standing 5 feet away to busy talking and laughing a older uncommpassionate nurse from the other side of the room and just told her "well stop drinking so much fluid and u won't cramp" and walked away, also when patients would ask now much time they would have the nurses would just ignore and walk on by. The nurses were even swearing at each other . When my fathers time was up they pulled his needles and he started bleeding and the just grabbed his arm and smacked it on the table and shouted at him " hold your damm arm and you won't bleed" walked awaY I called the manager twice and left messages to give me a call back and she never did I also called the hotline and nothing was done so a little word of advice dont take your loves ones there they are already going through enough
