The first apartment I was in had mold. The carpet was very old. It was bleach stained and had cigarette burns in it. They allowed me to move to another unit, which on first appearances seemed better. It has a bad stain around toilet from water leak of past or possibly present. I am dealing with a mite infestation. The owner and management are not very helpful in remediating the situation. The carpet also is as old as the units. There is water rot out on the deck under bedroom window. This is not a good place to be.
