Use 304-756-2702 to reach the actual caretakers for reservations and facility questions. I have attended 2 events there and haven't heard anything bad from the persons organizing those events. I've also scheduled the building for my wedding. The price is far more affordable that other community center's and wedding venues I have looked into. It's not exactly glamorous, but it includes tables and chairs, and an onsite kitchen, picnic shelter and playground for the kids.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAD TALKED TO A LADY THAT WAS RENTING OUT THE GARRETTS BEND COMMUNITY CENTER TWO TIMES A WEEK BEFORE OUR LITTLE GIRLS FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY.I MYSELF HAD TALKED TO HER TO CHECK ON THE TIME TO MEET AND TO SEE HOW MANY TABLES ECT.. THEY HAD! WELL FRIDAY CAME AND SO HAPPY OUR LITTLE GIRL IS ONE, GOT THERE AND WE HAD SAT THERE OVER A HOUR WAITING FOR HER TO SHOW( SHE DIDN'T) NOT SO MUCH AS A PHONE CALL FROM HER...NOW COME ON PEOPLE WE HAD 25 + PEOPLE THERE WITH NO WHERE TO GO! HER CAKE WAS MELTED...ALL THE DECORATION LOST OUT ON....WE JUST COULDN'T BELIEVE OUR LITTLE GIRLS DAY WAS TURNING OUT LIKE THIS!!IT WAS SO UPSETTING!HER FIRST BIRTHDAY!!! I WILL NEVER RENT TO THIS PLACE AND ANYONE I NO WILL NEVER RENT HERE!!! SO IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL DAY DO NOT PLAN YOUR PARTY HERE....
