BEWARE!!!



2/15/15- I find it very ironic that Andrew/Unique Auto now has positive reviews on both yellow pages and Google+ all within the span of one week, by majority female; when he's went several years without any reviews at all. Andrew so conveniently choose to respond particularly to my review only, and not the other negative reviews that he received in 2013 & 2014. Great job on creating fake reviews and recruiting customers to write reviews. Once again, bad business practices. I DID NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND; only a partial (after I stated that I would take you to court). Also, it took you 1 WEEK to get my car back to me. Get your lies straight. You've even admitted to one of your business associates at the shop next door that you didn't do what you charged me for. I suggest you chill out online unless you want me to call the local news station and other outlets and present them with all of the evidence involving my car issue with your company. You just making yourself look even more suspect. I am still within the statue of limitations to pursue this case, since you didn't cover all of my expenses that was your fault (rental car, day of work I missed, emotional stress, etc.). You really need to chill out Andrew.



Andrew misdiagnosed & performed improper repairs on my Nissan on 1/21/15. He blamed the issue on another product that was installed on my car by Best Buy. Andrew couldn't provide Best Buy with the scan and codes that he supposedly ran on my car that revealed that Best Buy's installation of an automatic starter was the issue. He claimed that he had the scan diagnosis report but deleted it. He couldn't provide me evidence on exactly what he did to my car either. He wouldn't return my calls or texts. I was stranded at work 2 times and missed a day of work due to his work on my car. Also, he placed a junk yard part on my car and took an original part off, that ultimately wasn't needed or even the problem. Over a 2 week period that he performed work on my car, I had to get a rental car. I got tired of his antics and decided to take my car to the Nissan dealership on 2/6/15. Nissan did a diagnostic and had my car in and out in less than 30 minutes; repaired an all. The work that Andrew did on my car was not even related to what the issue was with my car. Andrew misdiagnosed the issue with my car and performed improper repairs. Andrew charged me $590.90 and refused to give me a refund. Nissan repaired my car and it cost me nothing because the issue with my car was covered under warranty. Andrew has numerous complaints against his business on the web/internet. I doubt if he will even respond the complaint that I filed with the BBB, as another customer filed a BBB complaint and Andrew never responded.







Update: On 2/7/15 I called my local Nissan dealership and inquired about the part that Andrew supposedly took off of my car and replaced with a new part. I provided Nissan with the code from the part. Long story short, the part that supposedly came off my car belong to an Infiniti; not my 2009 Nissan Altima. Nissan also stated that the part was an aviation skid steering part for an Infiniti; not the Body Control Module for a Atlima (which I was charged for). Andrew charged me for work that he didn't even perform on my car. I went to Unique Auto Lab and spoke with Andrew. After I provided my evidence, debated with him for about 30 minutes, provided him with my two cents on ethics, and threatened to take him to small claims court; I was finally given a refund. Be cautious if you are a female and please do your research.

I completely trust unique auto lab with my vehicles. I can call or text Andrew anytime about any issues I may be having and he's always willing to help. The employees are efficient, knowledgeable and know their skill set so everyone has a skill they're proficient in. The prices are fair and the work is great. I will continue to take my vehicles to them!!!

Unique Auto is AMAZING! They get the job done quickly and the correct way! Prices are affordable and you will be pleased every time! The service there is unbelievably incredible. Andrew and his associates are great with customer service. Any time you go there, your car will be in good hands! I highly recommend people to this mechanic shop. It's very UNIQUE! :)

I took my Saturn over to Unique auto which was recommended to me by a friend, I was please with the work they did, it was on a timely manner and my vehicle is running like new. I highly recommend this place of business

I take all my cars to Andrew. He is very honest and fair. Repairs are done in a very timely manner. Unlike other mechanics I have been to he is straight up with you and if something doesn't need to be done he will tell you. Now that is honesty. His pricing is very reasonable too. I have referred many friends to Andrew

I was referred to unique auto lab by my sister, I had bought a truck from the action, the truck had a lot of problems, every where I took the truck they would quote me prices that I could not afford, I took the truck to Andrew he diagnose the problems and work with me until everything was fix, my truck is running great. I trust Andrew and his guys I only take my cars to unique auto.

I was referred to Unique Autolab by a mechanic who is also a friend...the first transmission they put in only lasted a month ( when you purchase a used one that's a chance you take) but I called them and they replaced it with a rebuilt one right away! They did not give me any hassle! They were very nice and professional. I recommend them and will use them again in the future!

I was referred to unique auto by my neigbors they take there three car to andrew, I was having problems with my truck it would not start after shopping around trying to find a mechanic that would not rip me off because im a woman, my neighbors said go to unique and see andrew, I took my truck there he was professional he told me what the problem was and andrew was able to fix it the same day and it didn't cost me a arm and a leg my truck is running like it's new, I am very satisfied with his work, I will not take my truck no where else but unique. Thanks andrew.

If you want your vehicle fixed right without getting robbed I would highly recommend that you see Andrew. Another shop had almost destroyed my engine and I was referred to Andrew. He was able to completely fix the problem and charged me half of what I was quoted at other places. I go to him for everything now and I refer everyone I know to him. Go see him, you won't regret it.

Very good customer service. My car was done in the time agreed to. I HIGHLY recomend this auto center.

The proprietor of the business failed to properly repair my car despite bringing I back to him for the same problem 4 different times. He also kept the car for a total of 70 days and still was unable to fix the problem.

Took car for repair. Broke plastic vent and speaker but wouldn't fix it . Andrew said he ordered the part but he never called again & I left multiple messages. Also repaired a/c but it didn't blow cold air and he never responded to that either. Ignores calls. Even told him i would contact the BBB. no response. While sitting in waiting room, man brought his vehicle back in from a fuel repair the day before. It was leaking fuel terribly. Don't know if it was ever fixed. I wasn't there when he left. I did contact the BBB but Andrew also ignored their 3 attempts to resolve the issue.
