Careless Company

This company provides poor customer service when and if they ever call you back. The Supervisor, Mickie, is just as bad, if not worse than his Tech, David. I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company for 3 weeks now. I don't receive retun calls and when I do reach the receptionist, Cassandra, she gives me the standard "you're next" or "he says he'll be there first thing in the morning". When the Tech, David, left on 08/09/08, I was told I shouldn't have a problem for years to come. Well, apparently a few years passed overnight as my air was out the VERY NEXT DAY!!! Let's not forget on the initial call on 08/07/08, my husband advised David the unit was leaking freon and David told him he wish he'd known about the leak before he came because he didn't come to fix a leak as it was already after 7:00pm. He said he will charge the unit with freon and that's it. Needless to say, the air was out by 08/09/08. To this day, 08/19/08, my A/C is not working and I'm not receiving any return calls!! The sad thing is I can't use a reputable company as it would void the alleged "warranty" we have on the unit. I'm stuck in 93 degree heat with a daughter and myself suffering from asthma and struggling to breathe. This company didn't even care that poor air circulation and air quality is atually a health issue for my family!!! Buyer beware!!!!
