I love Panda Express, but this particular location will need to do some major adjustments on the food and service. I have visited this location twice on lunch break and the food was not fresh on both occasions. Service was not good! I will continue to visit Panda Express, but not this location. It's horrible to get back to work with lunch and it'snot fresh. Money wasted!!!

Americanized-yes. I feel like the staff does the best they can given the conditions. I always see 1-2 cooks and 1-2 servers even at peak times. I am always patient with those wearing a headset. Working drive-thru within the walk-in area makes it difficult to multitask. I gave up on going within the last hour before they close. Pickings are slim and not as fresh but I can guarantee that's management's fault trying to understaff and run them out at closing time.
