Worst that I have ever seen. I made my insurance and after 6 month later, I received a bill for more than $ 150 , and my policy was canceled. All that because the agent DID NOT mention anything about a document for prior insurance that I was suppose to provide.
I called them( groogan insurance) and they confirmed that I was suppose to provide that document, and they also confirmed that I wasn't told to provide it.
Every time I call for information a week later I have to call again and the agent tells me " I tried to call you but I couldn't reach you"
After what happened I called them to discuss what we can do, and the person was talking to me made it clear that it's their fault but I still gotta pay for it. My advice is stay away.
